Frequently Asked Questons

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Through Paypal.

How soon will my product arrive?
All items are sent within 1 business day, and on average arrive within 3-5 business days. Please check our shipping information page for details.

What should I know before using my scooter the first time?
Your scooter MUST run off of gasoline mixed with 2 stroke oil at a ratio of 32:1. If not, your motor could seize the very first time it is not mixed with oil. We always recommend running through a full tank of gas before riding your scooter full throttle. Also, it is a good idea to read through your manual and become familiar with your new scooter.

I lost my manual, what now?

Do these scooters require alot of maintenance?
As with anything mechanical, your scooter will need to be maintained. If riding regularly, it's a good idea to check all the bolts in the scooter every couple weeks (you can use the wrench provided in the toolkit if adjusting is needed). It's also a good idea to put some chain oil on the chain about once a month. Also, remember to always put the correct amount of 2-stroke oil in with the gas.

How much gas will I go through?
Most scooters get approximately 30 miles per tank. This is an average though, as many things can alter this such as rider weight. Also, quick acceleration and deceleration take up more gas. If you wish to conserve, maintain a constant speed.

Where can I ride my gas motorized scooter?
Most surfaces such as asphalt, streets and sidewalks are appropriate. We suggest you get familiar with all surfaces before attempting top speeds. Also, please keep in mind that your gas scooter will make noise, so you should take into consideration people's privacy around you when choosing where to ride.

What about offroad and uphill?
All of our scooters go up hill, although how well is dependent on a few factors, such as rider weight and how steep the hill is. We again recommend our larger 49cc engine models for uphill use, like the Dirt Dog and X Racer, for best results. Many of our models have large all terrain tires specially designed for offroad use. Our 49cc Dirt Dog is designed completely with offroad use in mind, though rides great on street surfaces as well.
